Visualization has been utilized in medicine for thousands of years. This workshop presents specific imagery to the subconscious and conscious mind for improving the techniques of active visualization. These tools are taught in the mindstate of deep relaxation, thereby allowing the mind to program them deeply into the subconscious library. Apply these power tools to improving the mindbody connection, as well as improving performance through improved memory, concentration & other cognitive skills.

What better way to spend a Saturday evening than to sit back, relax and enjoy a good audiobook, instead of renting a dvd or stagnating in front of the television.
