Kids & teens are often under tremendous stress & need to learn healthy techniques to manage their own mindbody connection. If not, they have the tendency, just like adults, to go towards unhealthy diversions. Stress s involved with 60-90% of disease processes, as well as symptoms including chronic & acute pain.
This program places new inner programs in the subconscious mind for reducing stress utilizing high level nutrition, awareness of stress producing thoughts & emotions, & learning to release stress sensations at very low levels. As the child learns to manage his/her own body processes, including the mind & emotional states, the concentration, memory & other cognitive functions will improve.

Each program has 2 or 3 separate original Interactive Self-Hypnosis Sessions, each with it's own induction. All programs include directions for listening & other important information.
Now with the internet audiobooks are a lot more accessible and easier to obtain than normal books, going online for them is quick, simple and saves time that would be other wise spend trawling through stores trying to find one you really want. Many sites offer a few free downloadable introductory titles, to get you started and no doubt hooked on the splendour of them. What better way to spend a Saturday evening than to sit back, relax and enjoy a good audiobook, instead of renting a dvd or stagnating in front of the television. Unlike rentals, they can be kept for life and enjoyed again and again. |
