This audio is designed to assist the woman going through menopause. The program includes deep relaxation, inner programming for subconscious relation, tools for diminishing physical symptoms, emotions & thought patterns. Focus is given to Lifestyle Behavior changes including nutrition, sugar & high glycemic carbohydrate management, balanced eating, as well as cutting back on substances that increase symptoms related to menopause. Specific imagery is designed to instruct the body to balance hormones, keeping all body processes functioning at healthy levels including bone loss & cardiac involvement.
