When practicing self-hypnosis it is very important to control the level of trance. Different levels are utilized for different purposes. This workshop takes the listener to the Interactive Self-Hypnosis Workshop © where exercises are presented for determining the desired level of trance.
All teaching is accomplished in actual hypnosis, thereby planting the suggestions for learning directly into the subconscious library. In the future the listener, who is now the practitioner of self-hypnosis, finds the exact level of trance needed for hypnotic application in an effortless manner. Deep trance can be used for surgery, as well as inner exploration. Lighter trances are utilized for programming change, habit management, goal setting, and the like.
Note: All programs produced by International Medical & Health Writers, Ltd. are written & recorded by Elizabeth Bohorquez, RN, C.Ht. Each program has 2 or 3 separate original Interactive Self-Hypnosis Sessions, each with it's own induction. All programs include directions for listening & other important information.
Now with the internet audiobooks are a lot more accessible and easier to obtain than normal books, going online for them is quick, simple and saves time that would be other wise spend trawling through stores trying to find one you really want. Many sites offer a few free downloadable introductory titles, to get you started and no doubt hooked on the splendour of them. What better way to spend a Saturday evening than to sit back, relax and enjoy a good audiobook, instead of renting a dvd or stagnating in front of the television. Unlike rentals, they can be kept for life and enjoyed again and again. |
