Self-confidence is needed to make changes & can easily be modeled off of other experiences of confidence, even from early childhood. The participating listener will practice the Interactive Self-Hypnosis skills that make this work child-play. Other areas in the subconscious mind that are connected to a lack of confidence, especially with superiors or in a work environment are uncovered, they can be easily edited. New experiences can then bounce off of these, thereby changing the outcomes.
The listener will learn to recognize emotional states & corresponding thoughts that pre-program the mind for a lack of confidence & therefore, fear of change. Tools are presented for "re-educating" these attitudinal emotional states.
Note: All programs produced by International Medical & Health Writers, Ltd. are written & recorded by Elizabeth Bohorquez, RN, C.Ht. Each program has 2 or 3 separate original Interactive Self-Hypnosis Sessions, each with it's own induction. All programs include directions for listening & other important information.

Many sites offer a few free downloadable introductory titles, to get you started and no doubt hooked on the splendour of them. What better way to spend a Saturday evening than to sit back, relax and enjoy a good audiobook, instead of renting a dvd or stagnating in front of the television. Unlike rentals, they can be kept for life and enjoyed again and again. |
