This audio is designed to assist the individual in communicating with his/her immune system & programming for high level performance & optimum health. If you tend to fall ill easily, you might want to pay attention to this particular part of your body function. This program includes deep relaxation, body scanning, mental biofeedback to manage stress release, thought patterns, as well as emotional states.
Specific imagery for directing the immune system are presented, as well as interactive self-hypnotic programming to meet individualized needs. This audio is not specific for oncology diagnosis, but can be utilized in this way. There is a separate audio designed for the patient with an oncology diagnosis.
