This audio is designed for the child working to recover from sleep disorders. Through specific imagery the child observes the workings of his/her body parts & how to claim control over these, as he/she learns to put them to sleep & keeps them asleep. The child learns to communicate with all body parts on subtle levels, thereby being able to receive messages back from those parts & to develop a plan to improve deep rest or sleep. On the inner movie screen the child can enjoy watching his/her behaviors change & can then enter the "scene" & become a part of the production. The child can observe movies of the future where changed behaviors are in place & old behaviors are a thing of the past, like an old book.
He can see his progress on "the inner time-line" & how early behaviors are way back in the past, making the child feel successful. The audio is interactive thereby allowing the child to work on his/her specific needs with the guidance of the parent. The child learns mindbody communication skills including mental biofeedback, body scanning, thought & emotional management through imagery.

Each program has 2 or 3 separate original Interactive Self-Hypnosis Sessions, each with it's own induction. All programs include directions for listening & other important information.
Now with the internet audiobooks are a lot more accessible and easier to obtain than normal books, going online for them is quick, simple and saves time that would be other wise spend trawling through stores trying to find one you really want. Many sites offer a few free downloadable introductory titles, to get you started and no doubt hooked on the splendour of them. What better way to spend a Saturday evening than to sit back, relax and enjoy a good audiobook, instead of renting a dvd or stagnating in front of the television. Unlike rentals, they can be kept for life and enjoyed again and again. |
