Harry Lime, the underworld anti-hero immortalised by Orson Welles in the legendary 1948 film "The Third Man", returns in a classic radio production from the early 1950's.
In a Liverpool bar, Helen Barrett, a female bandit, robs the patrons of their coins, but not their paper money. Why ?
