Staying motivated is key in achieving any goal, be in short or long term. No one would argue that the idea of losing weight & maintaining the healthy weight could be considered a difficult, if not impossible goal. What better way to spend a Saturday evening than to sit back, relax and enjoy a good audiobook, instead of renting a dvd or stagnating in front of the television.
