This program is designed to assist you in utilizing powerful imagery & affirmations for building goals in any areas of your life. You will find many places & moments to utilize these assets as our moments are filled with valuable mini-goals that slip through our fingers due to unawareness. As you develop valuable awareness skills, you will be able to diminish what is not wanted, & plant new goals into the subconscious mind in the moment. This is called interactive self-hypnosis & is a skill of high level achievers & accelerated learners.
Most of us play negative goals all day long, & the subconscious mind goes out to get these for us. You will visit the subconscious inner library & work directly in your files, changing, editing, enhancing & diminishing. You are the writer/director/producer & as files get in better order, outcomes change dramatically. You will learn to diminish emotional states that get in the way of goal building& transmute the leaking power towards the positive goal.
The program also includes stress management, interactive self-hypnosis training, awareness training to manage thoughts & emotions, as well as mental biofeedback.
Note: All programs produced by International Medical & Health Writers, Ltd. are written & recorded by Elizabeth Bohorquez, RN, C.Ht. Each program has 2 or 3 separate original Interactive Self-Hypnosis Sessions, each with it's own induction. All programs include directions for listening & other important information.
Now with the internet audiobooks are a lot more accessible and easier to obtain than normal books, going online for them is quick, simple and saves time that would be other wise spend trawling through stores trying to find one you really want. Many sites offer a few free downloadable introductory titles, to get you started and no doubt hooked on the splendour of them. What better way to spend a Saturday evening than to sit back, relax and enjoy a good audiobook, instead of renting a dvd or stagnating in front of the television. Unlike rentals, they can be kept for life and enjoyed again and again. |
